Title:	Jet powered
Description:	Guilford established a pair of trains, JET 1 and JET 2 to make some kind of effort to hasten freight velocity to New England. In an optimistic approach by the marketing types, these were called JET 1 westbound, and JET 2 eastbound. Here we see JET 1 coming through Bevier St with 102 cars. It will take the Buffalo Runner to QD, where a new crew will get on for the trip to Buffalo, avoiding the yard and its interinable terminal delay.

Description:	ABBU was an empty grain train from the Port of Albany that ran as needed. As such, it was not a priority, and ran when a crew was available, so it would often get yarded at Binghamton. This one is now crewed and rolling out, and will shortly be headed west on the Tier.

Description:	PYRP is about to hit track 5, the track that diverges from track 3 to go to Bevier St and north. Despite an effort to have NYSW power lead, and a trend toward more uniform power consists, sometimes the yards would turn out a dogs breakfast, such as this set of two Guilford painted units, lightning stripe, and a yellowjacket. But theres an Alco!!
